Agreement Overview

Welcome to Oria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oria AI assistant service operated by Xexis Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Oria, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You will maintain the security of your account
• You will not share your account with anyone else
• You are creating an account for yourself, not someone else

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Oria:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity
• To impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• To create, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our service
• To bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the service
• To generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, self-harm, or sexual content involving minors
• To use the service for generating spam, phishing attempts, or scams

Intellectual Property

Oria and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xexis Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content

When you generate content using Oria:

• You retain ownership of content you create using our service
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content across our platform
• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may have similar outputs for different users
• You are responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations resulting from your use of the content

Acceptable Use Policy

When using Oria, you agree to:

• Use the service in a respectful and lawful manner
• Not overload or flood the service with excessive requests
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions
• Not engage in any "scraping," "crawling," or "spidering" of the service
• Not use automated systems or software to extract data from the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Xexis Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our service.
• We provide no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by Oria.
• Oria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not responsible for any content generated through Oria that may be incorrect, inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the service in the past six months (or $10 if no payment was made).

Oria is designed to provide general information and assistance. It should not be relied upon for:

• Professional medical, legal, financial, or technical advice
• Emergency situations or critical decisions
• Information that requires complete accuracy or reliability

Always verify important information from authoritative sources before making decisions based on content generated by Oria.

Service Fees and Payments

Some features of Oria may require payment. We reserve the right to:

• Offer special promotional offers or subscriptions
• Change service tiers and feature availability

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the resolution of any disputes.
